Short for "car registration(s)"?? Good concept, as doing so online would save a lot of hassle. However, I don't think this (and in the .NET) would be the ideal domain for such a purpose. I would suppose it would simply be a link at the town's or city's existing (.ORG or .GOV) website. Sorry. Good Luck.

For the UK Market, on espotting sites are paying 26p per click and on uk.overture 23p per click for the keyword "car reg"
