estibot also says CentOS.com is worth $82,000 (the real CentOS site is .org - worth $9,800)

$0 - You wasted your money. The real site centos.org is worth more than what Estibot says. Stay buying domains based on automated appraisals. Buy it based on age, keyword, extension, and sometimes stats.

I actually bought it along w/ RHEL.pro to point to my resume.. looking for some extra $ now however and figured i'd see if I could sell it.

.pro is not really a desirable TLD. You possibly have a trademark issue on top of that.
I couldn't agree more with the above, automated appraisals are a joke (and a drain to domainers wallets).
