I was going to develop this, but I have an interested party in just the domain. Yeah, it's a .net, but it's still a pretty good niche domain. Let me know what you think it's worth.

I see it's parked at Sedo. Does it receive any revenue? I would say since there is no .com of the site, the .net is fine. High $xx to Low $xxx. Developed would be a bit more depending on how you set your site up.

Yes, it receives revenue but not much to speak of anymore. 153 uniques and 15 clicks this month, but it had a decent link pop when I got it and has more then covered its cost while I've had it.
