Some of these sales are crazy. Any verification on their credibility?

I have got most of these from DNJournal, Sedo, Afternic and Namebio, so all the legitimate sales. Noe of sales are really that crazy, the only real big sale was Clouds.me, all the others are low x,xxx sales

A few more recent (last month or so) ones I found on Namebio

Cloud6.com $979
CloudLabor.com $2,372
CloudAdvisor.com $1,399
HKCloud.com $3,800
Cloudini.com $2,500
PropertyCloud.com $2,000
RedCloud.de $2,300

I remember a lot of people saying cloud names just wont sell unless you have a premium keyword like CloudHosting.com or CloudStorage.com...there are some strange little names selling for decent $$ happening

Yeah. But some of these names selling for xxxx are really mind boggling.

I agree Zurc, but these are not domainers/resellers paying this kind of money for "strange" names like this. These are people with a plan in mind for the names

Just picked up a drop , been reg'd since 2000 buy 1 person -

CloudBros.com

Also caught -

Clouds1.com

And reg'd

Clouds2U.com

Those are some nice catches mrcurly, I can see all of those being very brandable.

Thanks Zurc, I especially think CloudBros.com is brandable , a new Bros brand to join the likes of - Warner Bros , Mario Bros, etc etc...

I am only a 2 year old newbie to the domain game so still learning.

Thanks

i sold cloudvu.com for $2500, around a month ago.

Nice sale, do you mind telling us how the sale went down, did you find the buyer? Did they find you? Was it through Sedo?

the buyer contacted me through domainbuy agent service at Godaddy, so it was an anonymous transaction until a price was agreed to. the transaction was then closed through escrow.

thanks

Just tried to buy eClouds.com , the seller is just in the middle of selling the domain for mid $xx,xxx.

Also, just spotted - eCloud.com is a trademark -

Wonder if the buyer of eClouds.com knows this???
