I think Chinese who live in mainland more like assonance.
Ex: 17play, 17 chinese assonance "together", 17play means "play together".
Just my point of view.

underground.cn - politically sensitive or avant-garde names are usually avoided by Chinese; so you might want to wait quite a while for this one to go up in value.

scotland.cn - niche target market except for scotlanders living in China.

computerscience.cn - actually the best name here. Most Chinese universities have their own computer science department and college students are better versed in English than the general population.

Good luck.

IMHO
You could easily sell scotland.cn as an email domain by
listing it on ebay UK
with a feature sport or football category paid ,
and an image in gallery
, and most important , changing the goods address to Glasgow scotland
Suggested reserve 50 quid

Glaswegians won't give a tss that it is a .cn and not a .com
Both extensions are from over the channel.

Scots living on China couldn't care less
Scots living in Glasgow care a lot
