.Com vs .Net

Hi folks,

How would you compare the value of a .com to a .net

Lets say xxxxx.com sold for 1000 dollars what would the fair value of the dot net version be worth?

I was hoping you might say something like "half".

creditcards.com sold for 2.7m
creditcards.net sold for 120.000

this is due the typin traffic for the .com
.net mostly not recieves any typin traffic, you´ll need to build to increase a .nets value

Org may be 10 to 15% but IMO net is less than 10% vs com

Some time ago I let many of my .net's drop.

i have sold a lot of top notch generic .nets, such as cats.net, dogs.net, composers.net, freegames.net, freeones.net. they seem to fall around 10-20% of the value of the .com.
