What happens if i lose a TM domain lawsuit to the original owner?

Do i just lose the domain only?
Or will i need to pay the TM domain owner for any potential revenue that earned from the domain?
Or do i need to pay any fine for owning the domain?

Hmmm

If it goes to UDRP and you lose, the domain just goes to them.
If they sue for damages they could get them but very hard to pinpoint figures.
No fine for owning it.

thanks. so usually i will just lose the domain. in this case, probably the minimum asking price is the cheapest lawyer fee :)
