One words are good in tld extensions. I rarely see much sell in .in...but technology specific keywords would be a good choice for that. I don't think there is any indication the indian business market has been expanding recently at all. The best domain extensions for resale potential (that i have noticed) recently seem to be: .com .net .info .us .mobi .biz (german).de .co.uk (spanish).es .org ...and poland and france... most of the other random extensions are not worth much more than reg fee. This is not a personal comment I am just ranting about my opinion of the current market of extensions in general.
