I do not see much value in this domain. I do not think I would pay a $69 drop fee for this one unless I had a very clear dev plan. That's just my opinion though. The search results seem to indicate Credit/Smart card (as a short way not to spell out both names. IMO with the names together - they do not make sense. Now if the name was SmartCreditCard.com - I think you would have something.

My appraisal would be somewhere in the low to mid $xx.

I agree with Onward. Not much value in the domain at all. Also, all the traffic is coming almost solely from China, which makes the whole thing not only a little strange, but also proves that English speaking visitors do not frequent this combo.

I will also add that the evaluation service you are using has to be one of the worst I have ever seen (although no eval/appraisal service is worth paying a dime for)..It has many one word product names which most likely are high 6 figure to low 7 figures names @ under 2k...really silly.
