There are tons of business online which sell subscriptions, etc. for boosting peoples vocabularies, check it out yourself.

I think they are both ok developed.

WebVocabulary.com would make a decent glossary site.

DailyVocabulary.com - I would create a word of the day email list.

It would take some work to build the traffic.
