I don't see any value in either of these.
The first is not a great term in an extension which doesn't really suit it - I see the .com is for sale so probably no route to monetisation or enduser interest.
The second is .co.
Although at first glance the term doesn't seem too bad who would the target market be? How could it be monetised? There are a handful of established companies it could be pitched to but, beyond them, I don't see any broad general appeal.

what sold in past, doesn't change my opinion

the .com owner got the .net and .io is parked

if you're registering names based on historical sales information, then consider what those names are being used for now.
