Hi All -

A couple of the automatic appraisal systems valuated
DaytonCredit.com at $19,000.

Does anyone have a feel for what this domain is actually worth?

I'm about to list it on BargainDomains.com

thank you.

Anything with credit in the keyword throws valuate into a tizzy and jacks up the value. I would say it's only worth a few hundred dollars unless somehow you can SEO a site and take in some of that $13 CPC.

Actual sales are the best appraisals you can get :)
Research comparable sales. Gut feeling: low $$$

sdsinc, thanks for reminding me about comparable sales -
just checked nameBio - the only thing I could find was AspenCredit.com,
which sold for $2,300.

If Dayton is a geographical area then valuation can be influenced by the population of the local area.

thanks for your thoughts, cbk.

FYI, the original estibot values DaytonCredit.com at $4,200 (you have to capitalize the key words when typing in the name) and the beta version of estibot values it at $19,000 (thus my post).

Having read everyone's posts (thanks again all) I'm now rough guessing that, considering AspenCredit.com sold for $2,300 - DaytonCredit.com should go for low to mid $xxx (based on comparing per capita incomes of the two cities). I'd be happy to hear that it's worth considerably more than that to a Dayton credit company - but have no reason to believe that at present.

Aspen credit is a rare sale.Cant base any estimate on that.. the estimates are picking up the word credit. Unless you find somneone in the Dayton area to give ya $50-$100 I would say no value to most. You can reg any state credit . No sales stats to back up them being worth anything.
