yes, there are. use your imagination and think about things that dont exist yet.. i've typed in around 300 names the last hour and came up with 6 decent ones, registration is only $16.98 so you cant lose..

....unless you register Mobi-WanKenobi.mobi of course.

check out website.in since their names are $9! They charge more if you dont have your own hosting. And yes, I agree with you using your imagination. i picked up a few good ones too after 100 searches. your ratio is exactly like mine.

yes resellerclub.com has $16.98/2 years and their sister co website.in has about the same price @ $9/yr

Yes ResellerClub is the best value, and are who i use, though some people may dislike the signup process and the upfront funding of your a/c with $199... Moniker has an easy interface and is ok value at $12.99/yr...all .mobi require a minimum 2 years registration.

Plus..I meant to mention that there still are many excellent names available...particularly domains of two common words...

I would give an example but still plan to register them myself...but something I will share is that if in the future domain names can be used as a sort of phone number for voip calls/contact then there are many good numbers that will have value..e.g; 55522.mobi 555222.mobi etc.

Good thread, Mjnels.

This is the kind of discussion we need on the forum. I agree that there are still opportunities in the mobi registrations. I am looking for two worders that have a good OVT and are reg'd in all other major extensions. There are still some around, it's a bit of work, but it may be rewarding.

I also agree with 9888, that numbers may serve a special purpose in the future.

Likewise I like/use GoDaddy for a lot of things, but they need to lower their .mobi price...
being a bit greedy as far as i am concerned charging $29.98....

uh not so sure godaddys service and support are that great.. if not going for cheapness (resellerclub, website.in) then the best one to use would probably be moniker, which happens to be cheaper than godaddy..

agreed. I originally used Godaddy for first batch first day, but since used Moniker. Worth paying a bit more i feel. Reseller club looks awful & heard bad things tbh.
There are still oneworders & nouns out there! My 'cards' are battered or would reg more.
Got some sales pending though.
