Depression.us is much more preferred. Value for the plural = Less than Reg fee.

There're actually not just one kind of depression, clinically, so to speak. Therefore - depressionS. So in a way it's even better than the singular form, that is, when you set it up as a portal/guide to the various depressions. After all, there are 4,310,000 results showing up in google, not all that bad. It could be well worth more than xx. JMO
