Keep in mind it's not all about the results in google (go search for "the" and see how many irrelevant results you can get). It's about how many people search for the term how often, the pecking order of domain names in the eyes of the search engines, taking into account whether it's a product or service that people are willing to either purchase online or click for more information, if the site / page is developed, and if the content is unique, the quality of the content, how many relevant sites link to it, etc. And of course, the most important, and only thing that really matters; what the buyer will actually pay for it.

That all said... imho: low xx
