Directi have locked my domain

I recently bought a site using a .co.in domain at domainsite.myorderbox.com which I believe is a Directi reseller.
I am desperately trying to unlock their lock on the domain to change the NS but nothing works.
Apart from contacting their support, Can someone please advise me here, much appreciated.
