No, it is a mixture of words

There is a company "Parlica SRL" in Romania.

With words like these, I always start looking these up un opencorporates (glogal database of companies)

.. though, they don't even have a website..

The 2nd doesn't really seem to have a financial motivation.

I would start with looking up the Romanian company owner - maybe there is more to that.
