therefore, what you own, may not have any equitable or similar value at all

if you think they are similar, then put a similar price on them
or, you can put any price, higher or lower, that you feel happy with getting in return.

Take for example falklandbitcoin.com - how big is your pool of potential buyers? How could they monetise the site? Why would they pay you a premium instead of registering some cheap/registration fee alternative?
