In my opinion this could be valuable to someone who would like to start a domain registering site. I would ultimately like to sell the as I am not interested in developing a site like that but not sure of the value. Any comments/suggestions good or bad would be appreciated. Thanks

you need to ask yourself if there is a better name out there for a registrations site. to me the answer would be yes.
