Domains #1 on google ( quck question)

Hey all, I own proxys4all.cgi.net/, It is #1 on google when you type in "proxys" which is a very great keyword, Especialy out of 70,600 Differnt websites listed. Does this domain have any value being .cgi.net, This is not an appraisel, My point is do domains have any value being #1 on google that are .cgi.net?

Subdomains are almost invariably worthless, especially where the same .com is for sale at #2 in Google (albeit for an amusingly high list price).
Plus "proxies" is the correct plural of proxy, and the word "proxys" on its own has zero Overture results.
