DomainTalk.com would be much better because it doesn't have the S .. You would be losing alot of traffic to DomainTalk.com if you were to develop this name and it does get popular.

However, I don't think this name is worth anywhere in the $XXX area alone.

I'll say Low - mid $XX because of how it sounds and looks.

1 Letter could drop your domain value down alot.
