I wake up this morning and find my account inactive and all of my funds gone $900+

I have been sending clean traffic to the for over 2 months now, I guess when your funds get high they just close your account and don't pay you. What a rip off..

They have yet to answer any of my emails. I will keep you informed.

Does anybody else have an experience like this?

Sorry to hear that. I myself haven't used Domainhop before but I am interested in a followup on this so I know whether to use them in the future or not.

So here is the update, I don't think so with high amount of earnings they make the account inactive. As a result of false clicks/impressions.. anything which is not a natural traffic violates the TOI of domainhop.com and your account becomes inactive . Moreover they wont respond to your mails also. The good part is they don't keep your earnings. Your parking revenue would be credited into your account as per the payment schedule. So no worries on that front.

Ok, after spending a whole afternoon emailing back and forth with one of the service reps I found out the problem. One of the advertisers on the Knoodle network complained about the traffic coming from my site. It turns out with just 1 complaint they will cancel your account and take you earnings.

I had to pry to get the reason for the complaint. I have 1 site out of 20 that was getting traffic from porns TPG's, the site was the-teen-network.com. I advised them it was an adult site thought the control panel and set the category to "adult" with the keyword "teen xxx" Apparently they thought it would cause confusion because of the "teen" in the domain name and set it to teenage related keyword sites one of the being "Sylvin Learning Center" the one who complained.

Lesson learned "don't keep a site with them if it is not optimized properly" Since they sell to advertisers directly when they get the complains and "have to protect their clients" ie. revenue.

I think it was a little chicken shit to take all of my money and close my account without first addressing the problem.

Really? welp, according to their TOS according to what I can remember is that they will forfiet all earnings without notice when they suspend/close an account.

Where can we see such facts about that? any links?

I'm not expecting any money, whats worse is the account was closed on the 29th of December with almost $1000. I was hoping the money would help out with Christmas bills. Hum, I guess thats more money for them because I can almost guarantee they did not refund every click I received. Would it not be fraud if they kept the money since they claimed the clicks were not valid?

Anyways I am with Domainsponser now that seem to be happy with my clicks, but since I have several Adult domains I am going to try Fabulous, also tried Domainspa with awful results less the $1.00 RPM.

Thanks for the heads up. Looks like I will never be using domainhop. You earned that money and they should pay you what you earned. Even if they filter out what came in against their terms of service.

I've read similar stories on different forums. The lesson: stay away from DomainHop.

I have a friend with an account there who has been treated appallingly.
Looks like all these DomainHop horror stories represent their normal practice, not isolated incidents.

Oh, thanks I thought I read on some other forum that it's mainly for European traffic. Thanks again for correcting me.
