I'm an Enom reseller (officially) but I'm not really working as reseller.

Now a customer, for my first time, renewed a domain from his subaccount and I've been billed $8.50 for his renewal, is this normal ? I complained now I'm awaiting to hear from Enom how it works, I see no advantage in being billed for others'renewals !

Let me know, thanks.

This is not normal - are you sure that you didn't just get a copy of his renewal advice?

Ops, you're right webname, it was the first time for me so I didn't read that notice carefully, I read anything except the first line: "Dear Peter Gardos" and not "Dear Mr. Luigi" :)

Ok, I wated your time for nothing, thanks for helping.
