For Sale DropWatch - no support?

I signed up for their basic package but I don't recieve any drop lists or deleting domain lists via email?! Also, it seems like they ignore support tickets ... anybody else having trouble with them?! :frusty:

i signed up, never go their lists to work (always only got domains starting with a) and they stole two months worth of money before i could turn the paypal off.

no responses to 6 emails so i thought they were a scam.

Already took the necessary steps to get my money back. Our lawyer will do the rest ...

Signed up to this service as well around 3 days ago (14/09) but there's no list or anything as advertised on the website.

Sent a support ticket on available contact form on the site rightaway to ask about this matter but hasn't received any reply until now.

Sent Domainut a PM as well since he's the owner of the site but still yet no reply from him.

Is this site still in operation? Does anybody know?

Same with me. I cancelled after a couple of days and sent an email requesting a refund (with no answer)..
