I think you know it already: two negatives in this name make it virtually worthless.
First, "e" makes it less valuable.
And then ".net" kills it.

I think this name has potential and could increase in value if developed right.
"eBillboard.net' -a network of electronic billboards. Perfect for an internet media broker, advertising network, banner exchange, etc . . .
$150-350 as is; much more if developed right.
