as I have said before, why people post possible TM names in a public forum??? Changes are You it will be taken from you quiker!!
And all guys who are in traffic game had it in theyre enom list, so no need to ask them for appraisal
and its still in PENDING PAYMENT in enom - so You really don`t own the domain yet!!!!

Just my thoughts....

I actually saw this name expiring the other day and passed on bidding for the reasons mentioned, but I was wondering... does anyone think that if this was emmyawards.net that the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences would be less likely to take action?

As no one in the internet sphere considers .net to be the "first choice" (unless in the case where it is literally a "network" site) with regards to .net vs .com , would the fact that no one would seriously think someone owning emmyawards.net to be the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences enable some kind of latitude?

I realize there are other thorny issues like how you actually made use of the domain and all this is why I avoid these problems altogether and go generic but I have to wonder if having the "second tier" .net domain affords at least some peripheral protection since no one realistically expects the actual emmy awards to be hosted on emmyawards.net

What are your thoughts?

I don't remember this post being about me, if you want to appraise me I'll start a seperate thread otherwise stay on topic because you have no clue why I posted this thread.
