For Sale Enom club drop notices?

In the last couple of weeks, many of the names i catch with enom's club drop arent being sent the usual confirmation email.
I wonder is this happening to anyone else?

They show up in my account, but I am not getting the emails like I use to.

must be a bug then.
Also, in at least one case, a caught name of just 3 weeks ago does not appear in my auction history, nor did i get an email for it, but it is in my account.

It doesn't only happen to Club Drop names, it's the same for all renewal orders as well. All "Order Confirmation" emails have gone missing.

If a few of you could PM me your account name and the domain names that you know you got in the drop but did NOT get confirmation email, it would help us look into this. That is, known account/domain pairs would let us look at the logs to see where things are going wrong.

I too have noticed emails from enom have gone missing. Just in general the normal account emails such as domain reged, or subaccount action emails have been missing.

Chris, even when I reg a domain, i no longer get a confirmation email.
It looks like all email confirmations for club drop, new reggs, renewals etc are gone for the last 3 weeks.

The confirmation emails had worked again for a day or 2, but they're now seem to be dead again.

I was not getting confirmations for a while, but I just received 2 for purchase made minutes ago.

I get individual emails from matt @enom as well as those lists.

I don't think the others mean the same thing.
They talk about the domains they actually win.
Not the auctions lists.

2 weeks ago i won a crap domain that i didnt bid at a high price, fortunately my account didnt have enough credit.

I submitted a support ticket with Enom, and Enom fixed it for me. They sent me dozens of emails which were missing in the past weeks.

But I do not know if Enom has realized its bug, and will it not happen it again?

I just renewed one domain, it is successful (certainly), but no confirmation email has been received yet.

A question on eNom.... if you win an auction, how long does it take to appear in your account?

I receive no confirmation email for the domain names i register through reseller account, nor for the domain names that are picked by club drop and auctions.

But yes I do receive those spams from matt @ enom . com telling the gems that they picked but no one bidded and are now in public auction

Something is seriously wrong with Enom.
