As an aside, how does ENOM get away with charging a 3% service charge on all credit card and paypal deposits to your account. This is a blatant disregard for Visa, Mastercard, and American Express rules which state that a merchant is not allowed to charge any type of fee for using a credit card.

Maybe we all need to inform the credit card companies of this practice also.

However many companies offer 2% discounts when you use cash

Is that allowed?

I get cashback when I use my PAYPAL as a MASTERCARD. This actually might help slightly to combat the ENOM charges.
