I just logged into my eNom account and discovered to my surprise that I have ZERO domain names in my account. That's really interesting, because at last check I had something like 100 in there.

Either something is up or I have finally lost my mind.

I did notice a new interface, and I have been a bit out of touch (on a biz trip in Vegas). Did I miss something here?

Something I didn't mention is that my price also went from $6.99 to $29.95 - this leads me to believe there is a programming snafu and not a hack job.

Anyone else have an idea?

My account is intact. What do you get with whois on one of your names?

whois is intact on the 3 I have checked so far...

I sent a "help request" but who knows how long it will take for them to get back to me. In the meantime I'm kinda freakin' out here!

Probably not the problem but just make sure that you've not accidently logged into a sub-account. In case you have, just log out and then login again to your main account.

just tried that - unfortunately it didn't help.

I appreciate any suggestions anyone else can offer.

Thanks!

If you were at $6.99 you were a sub-account under someone else. Could they have deleted or altered your account? I would contact the person you bought your sub-account from.

By intact, do you mean you are still listed as the Registration Service Provider? This may shed some light on whether your names have been pushed to either your upstream reseller or another sub-account he has. Moreover, does your upstream reseller knows your login ID?

Nameslave, now I can appreciate why in another thread a few days ago you recommended folks get their own $8.95/55 domain reseller pack.

EXACTLY! But you might not get very honest opinion on forums here and elsewhere because A LOT of people are trying to sell you their sub-accounts.

Yes, the whois info still shows me as it did before. I have now checked many more of them and it does not appear as if they are being transferred away from me, at least not yet.

My upstream reseller is a respected member of this forum and I have notified him of the problem. I have not yet heard back from him. He knows my login ID (as do a few others) but not my password.

Can anyone give me an insight on how it usually takes for eNom to respond to help requests? I remember reading a few horror stories here but I don't know if those were unusual or common.

Thanks everyone for your help. The matter has been resolved. I'm not sure WHY it happened, but everything is back to the way it was.

Now I can sleep :)

enom is going through a crisis, I think his cyber-wife left him or something. The transfers take forever.

This is one of the possibility. Choose wisely.
