Hi - Lets try to help - Login to your enom account - find the domain name in the account - click on it - half way down the page under tab utilities you will see the second link as û Set Auto-Renew/Registrar-Lock Options for Domain Names and Services - Click on that link - Under Registrar-Lock - click off the the check that is there and hit save changes - wait about 1 hour and then put the transfer in at namecheap - Good luck - SteveRoss1982 said:
