Enom domain lock

I wanna transfer asspics.net from Enom to my Namecheap account.

But it says I have to release the lock and have no idea how to do that?

Someone advise pls?

Hi - Lets try to help - Login to your enom account - find the domain name in the account - click on it - half way down the page under tab utilities you will see the second link as » Set Auto-Renew/Registrar-Lock Options for Domain Names and Services - Click on that link - Under Registrar-Lock - click off the the check that is there and hit save changes - wait about 1 hour and then put the transfer in at namecheap - Good luck - Steve
