Good question....It will be worth a lot more 'if' (and thats a BIG 'if') ethanol proves to be a continuing and reliable fuel to replace gasoline. Nobody knows for sure at this time if that will happen because there are several problems to be solved yet. One of the biggest is how ethanol production will effect our food crops....or the shortage thereof because of ethanol production. I believe ethanol is being subsidized by the gov. much like other farm crops are and if and when that stops it will be bad news for ethanol.
However, I personally think there will be a valuable use for ethanol as fuel until the hydrogen economy is developed and implimented. We don't know when that will happen but we do know it will happen. Hydrogen use is the holy grail of fuel for energy and the human race will not give up on its development.
As for what ethanol.us is worth now...its worth whatever a buyer is willing to pay and I suspect you could get the most for it if you put it in a public auction. It could go for at least the higher 4 figures to the lower 5 figures right now and possibly a lot more later on. IMHO
