Who are you making the offer to?
Whois source http://www.whois.sc/evalues.com shows "registrar hold". However, look at the created/expiring dates on the top section for discrepencies.

Well, I did mange to get hold of the owner, he says they are in the middle of rebuilding their company. Says that that whois info is jacked, which doesnt surprise me. Half the the whois info I look at is crap. There should be one friggen whois database where you can see everthing. It's like a lot of the registrars dont share with the others. I guess thats a good marketing tactic however.
