Ironically, I'm looking for an appraisal of ExpertAppraised.com

It was registered years ago for an expert appraiser in the real-estate field, but never used.

Real estate expert appraisal alone is a multi billion dollar a year industry.

But it could also be used for any other type of expert appraisal business too -- from art to domain names.

Thoughts on value?

I've had this domain for many, many years, and never developed it. Now that my other projects speak for 110% of my time, I'm realizing I'm never going to get around to building this out.
