Lots of sites about the best.. not many about that bad...

Dating.. is not so hard.. as I can do a private lable with a large dating network..

Well.. just like someone is not looking for a bad car.. so they get it inspected.. it it the same idea.
The idea would be to create a lsit of hosting compaines with poor reputations
