I have a large network of sites. I go to extraordinary lengths to ensure the sites are spread around on lots of different servers round the world on lots of different class-C IP addresses. I don't like the idea of using the Google Toolbar and having all those sites linked to me. G has the computing power to do that. It's not definite that they do but I prefer not to take the chance. I am very paranoid!!!

Besides, as I said before, Firefox murders IE.

alexa's toolbar is much worse than google for sucking information out of your system.. I finally uninstalled it, but Google's toolbar seems much more benign.

As for firefox, I've put it through its paces over the last 3 months and I am unimpressed. I think the thing that broke the camels back and sent me back to IE as my primary browser is that I kept having to open IE because Firefox couldn't access a site. I've never had to use another browser to access a site IE couldn't get into. Some of the firefox bells and whistles are nice, but watch IE catch up with that real quick. FF gets relegated to my "other browsers" folder this week.

Strange. I've not yet found a site I couldn't access with FF.

Tab-browsing is one of best things for me. Have 1 window with 15 tabs open instead of 15 different windows. Also, you can view sites through proxy servers around the world at the click of a button. Very useful for SEO.

Anyway, just my opinion....

Sold my PR7 (now PR6) domain in July. Maybe I should have kept it...
