I think the lack of interest was more for concern of the large number of Florida Harley Dealers each of which could bring an action individually, rather than just Harley going after you individually. Thing with these is that the future value gets hurt by the idea that if you throw a lot of money or work into building a nice site, and get decent traffic, once it shows up in the searches, any one of these dealers can snatch it away. They can do that for the cost of a WIPO or NAF action of maybe under $1300, or worse under maybe $400 for a Fed suit, and maybe even get you fined for any money you made on it previously. This isn't a anti TM typo tirade, just being practical. Like the name though for what that's worth.
