FN is the equivalent to UN, as in United Nations, in several Scandinavian languages - nice combination with .org (can obviously mean a lot of other things as well).

I'm sure Rico and Maroulis are right on target regarding value.

Just a note on a specific situation in France: the letters "FN" clearly refer to "Front National", which is French main extreme right political party (http://www.frontnational.com). For most people, FN just means that and does not convey a very good image...
I would say, as far as the French market is concerned, that there is only one potential buyer of the name.

So my 2 cents: don't try to sell it on the French market
