How can I put a frame in the middle of a page?

Example:

I want to include a page from another site in the middle of my page, but have my header, footer and side columns.

Thanks guys

Do mozilla browsers not display anything or display a funky result? I can just provide a link for the mozilla broswers.

You can nest frames just like you can nest tables.

id say this was a bad thing
straight away your excluding many people from seeing your site in its best form - i myself use opera and all aol users have got the mozilla browser

its obviously up to you but i think its crazy to exclude a percentage of visitors from seeing your content
