Good question, i would also like to know. One other thing, do you keep the domain in you have a chargeback on it?

There are less chances of chargebacks with Visa / Mastercard .
Insist on a letter, fax from the buyer in addition to the emails.
Even emails should be accepted as a proof of transaction but I am not a lawyer . You have raised interesting point. Thanks.

What will happen to the domains if there is a fraud order or chargeback?

Well... there isn't an awful lot you can do, other then take the domain back (set the nameservers to your own/bogus ones, lock them out of the domain management interface). It is a risk of business. That is one advantage of letting eNom handle your credit card processing...

Unfortunately that does not even protect you. When eNom receives a chargeback notification, they bill your accopunt and withdraw the funds from your pending payments. Best you go to your eNom account and do a history on your accounting to make sure you have not incurred chargebacks that you did not know about.

Once you have recieved a charge back you have no choice but to bite the bullet, take the domain name away from the registrant and watch out for purchasers using the same email address.

Sorry, that was quite unclear what I posted. Yes, they do charge you for the domain, but they also absorb the chargeback costs.
