*Bad math... the title should actually say $11.50+/day... ok, my math really sucked. Please just see the post below with the links to stats. It's earning over $12/day this month.

The site is earning $8.27/day in AdSense and an average of $2.52/day in software sales. It's also made $25.00 from a CPA lead from xy7.com (auction success related product) this month so far. That's about $12.45/day total.
The site was earning significantly more a few months ago... but hasn't had a post added in over 4 months. It hasn't had anything done in four months. The earnings are pretty stable for the last 2-3 months now though; actually they've increased since last month a bit. It needs an owner who can add a little content here and there.
You can start earning double what it's earning now just by using one of those blog link programs (like payperpost or blog to profit) right away. ($5-10/ per post)
You can add text-link-ads or sell text links directly. (probably another $150/mo)
This site has not sold text links or done any pay per post stuff other than I think there are like 3 links on the whole site (on only 3 pages total) that were sold a long time ago.
Also, there are a ton of CPA programs where you make like $18-25.00 per lead for a free product (sometimes there's like $2.00 shipping and handling) that is related to making money on eBay. I just haven't had the time to do good integration of that stuff.
Starting Bid: $400
BIN: $4,000 - I decided to just add a BIN so maybe we can wrap this up. Otherwise the auction closes at 5:00pm PST Tuesday, 4/17/07.
