SG is a combination of a standard video game press website, in addition to the article and review score aggregation features of a Gamerankings.com. The site went live in July 2005, and it has made some considerable gains in the past year growing support from a number of publishers and media outlets. I am selling the complete website.
Features: Custom CMS, Article Aggregation, PHPAdsnew Adserver, RSS Syndication, Database with over 10,000 articles, game portals, and various other content, Forums.
Articles have been linked to or seen on some of (but not limited to) the following sites: EvilAvatar, GameTrailers, Game-Zone.com, Blues News, JoyStiq, GamePro.com, Shacknews, Operation Sports, NeoGAF, Madden Nation, and Digg.com.
SG is listed in all of the major search engines, but a little more work in the site optimization is needed for maximum revenue. It is ranked in the top 100,000 on Alexa (as of July 2006). At its prime when I had more time to work on it, it's been as high as 55,000.
Ok, this site I bought last Aug. 2006. The site owner spent lots of money to promote, PR, lots of game reviews, etc then he burned out. Site was off the ground and getting some attention then it slowed down.
SG has unique CMS with integrate with vBulletin. Very nice features like point system, admin backend, etc. It is all custom coded.
If you know about game industry, put more upto date contents, SEO, links build up, site can have great potential.
I tried to update contents myself but I do have too many sites.
Price is set by contents, Custom CMS, Unique Game Aggregate Scoring system, etc. vBulletin license is expired.
