looks like he is going after the seller based on his latest press release- unless that is fake too

Everybody should report this ahole to GoDaddy for fake WHOIS info. Geneva, Switzerland my ***.

I cannot see how "SS" can ever be divorced from this historical connotation.

You are absolutely correct. It is the first and only thing that comes to mind when I hear those letters. Thanks for the whole explanation. Very well put.

Any updates on this from the seller? It looks like "Jeff" is saying the seller backed out.....

Geaney says a lot of things
Time to forget the freak imho

I think that email is fake. I have never heard of the "World Internet Names Numbers Authority". If they were a real authority they would:

- not have used the .com tld for their domain (winna.com / worldinternetauthority.com) but .org, just like the real ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers)
- not have had a website with no content
- have used valid whois details
- have been more accurate and not talk about "the Internet domain name http://www.ss.com" twice in their email but about "the Internet domain name ss.com"

My guess is that winna.com is actually owned by geaney.com and that whois history will show it.
