It's been a long time since I had German classes. Domain names weren't around then, so I have no idea on that one. But I thought "company" in German was "die Kompanie," or "die Gesellshaft." I always used Kompanie because I like my foreign languages to uyse the same basic words as in English
I tried looking up Betriebs and came up with "die Betrieb" = "factory, management" -- I'm not sure what the S on the end is supposed to do for it.
I tried all those variations as .coms, and, while they are all taken, none are being used for anything.
I have no idea how to try to rate your names other than knowing they aren't worth millions, but that's a fair bet on most names.
