Im going to list please advise on the listing price.

Not sure that there is anything that makes this one any more valuable than many other of your .ws names.
Germany.ws would be a good one but I don't see this as being anything special - just my opinion.

Godaddy brands ws as website

german website is quite good

And I had germany.cc and italy.cc

I sold both rather quickly

and those ext are quit bad

Yep, appreciate the possible understanding of .ws as "website" and my post was not meant to denegrate the .ws extension; like many members I have a number of .ws names.
I was just pointing out that I don't rate the term "German" as very high - your example of Germany.cc and Italy.cc are what I would prefer to see with this i.e. Germany.ws
I just don't think that German.ws is anything special - others may disagree.

Germany.ws would be much better.
Still though, German.ws could still bring high $XX for a reseller.
