Getting your domains out there..

I was curious if there was any special formula out there that helped people trying to reach a bigger sphere than the forums to selling domains/developed websites?

I know you can ask Rick Latona to add to his little circulation, but is there any other places?

create a website with your domains listed,and index on search engines.make sure you optimise it as well.
