"girl rate" on OVT is probably from people typing in "rate girls". High $xx.

RateGirl better, but is the .com. I think quite good idea. Lots of sites out there to do with rating photos. $xxx mid to enduser. Might be reasonably expensive to dvelop, but if you are skilled in this area, could do really well.
I like it.
