Stupid question...

I created the png file - no problem, (Thanks... great tool!) but I can't figure out how to attach it to my gmail sig. Looks like they only take text.

Do I need to host my png somewhere and link to the image in my signature? or am I missing something in the admin portion of gmail?

do you mean, you've created your [email protected] but you don't understand how to put it into your signature?

Easiest way is save it on an ftp server and then you can use it on multiple forums.
