Good dedicated Server host

Could anyone recommend me a good host for dedicated *managed* servers?

servermatrix and managed.com dont really manage the servers in the way we meant it. They both offer very basic 'management' which is simple scanning to make sure the machine is running and emails to let you know what is working and what isnt.

I had a server with SM, but was unhappy with their customer support, and basically, they deleted my machine (yes, deleted it) because I was away for 10 days (10 days!!!) on vacation and my CC had expired. on the 11th day, I updated my CC, and confirmed their email which said I still had 20 days before the machine would be deleted.
what happened?
I got a nice email (and a phone call) with an apology that a mistake happened, and that the server was reclaimed before the time was up...
Now, i am with managed, and except of 1 day 2 weeks ago when their servers went down for 20-30 minutes, all these months no problem whatsoever.

i got a server at server matrix and got someone to manage my server for me, people who manage it are; http://www.acunett.com/ and they also offer dedicated servers, there service is really good, very friendly and every tick i had put in was answered within an hour max, they make you feel like your there one and only customer so i recomend them, take a look at there forum for Client Testimonials and Suggestions,

Servermatrix do manage servers.

By default they dont, but thats why you pay extra, they have a number of plans for this.

I should know I have 38 servers with them

angelnetworkz is having alot of financial trouble, think its $70,000, not managed.com (so i have been told at WHT)

Thanks for all the suggestions guys.... in the end I worked out a deal with my current host for a dedicated server so I didn't need to move after all.
