I was curious about a stat i've seen some domain resellers site. "Google returns 24,700,000 results from a search on the term. "

What effect if any would that have on the value? That might correlate with type in traffic?

this sort of thing is misinterpreted a lot

for example

funnyfarm brings up 3140 results
funny farm brings up 513,000 results
"funny farm" brings up 101,000 results - note the quotes wrapped around the terms

the most common thing that happens is that members dont use the quotes so two words will bring up millions of results instead of a few thousand

also - using the example above again, the term "funny farm" will look up any site which uses the term fnuny farm and this does not neccessarily mean there is a market for a site
